How date estimation works

In the warehouse

When customers set orders, store manager will process the order in the warehouse. We will consider

• Current date and time

• Working days (Weekends and Holidays)

• Process time

• Cutoff time

• Products or Collections

Outside of warehouse

After the order handed over to a shipping service provider, such as DHL, Australia Post etc., we will consider

• Shipping date

• Transit time

• Holidays

• Area

• Products or Collections
