How date estimation works

In the warehouse

When customers set orders, the store manager will process the order in the warehouse. We will consider

• Current date and time

• Working days (Weekends and Holidays)

• Process time

• Cutoff time

• Products or Collections

Outside of warehouse

After the order is handed over to a shipping service provider, such as DHL, Australia Post, we will consider

• Shipping date (working days)

• Transit time

• Custom holidays

• Public holidays (Auto)

• Delivery area

• Products or Collections
