# How date estimation works

### In the warehouse

When customers set orders, the store manager will process the order in the warehouse. We will consider

* Current date and time
* Working days (Weekends and Holidays)
* Process time
* Cutoff time
* Products or Collections

### Outside of warehouse

After the order is handed over to a shipping service provider, such as DHL, Australia Post, we will consider

* Shipping date (working days)
* Transit time
* Custom holidays
* Public holidays (Auto)
* Delivery area
* Products or Collections
